Early this summer Michelle had the privilege of designing florals for Kate & Trever’s intimate Camden wedding. The ceremony, held at the Camden Public Library‘s historic amphitheater was followed by a reception at the spectacular Camden Harbour Inn. Kate’s vision was to include loads of peonies, tulips, roses and lilacs (which happened to be blooming on our farm at the time!). It was such a treat to create such a unique bridal bouquet and we just love weddings in the Camden harbor. Many thanks to Kelsey DeWitt for capturing this wedding so beautifully and for sharing her images with us. Her blog post from this wedding can be seen HERE. Thanks!
Waterfront Farm Wedding by Henry + Mac
I’m seriously so excited about sharing these images. Summers in Maine are truly special and Henry + Mac did such a fantastic job of capturing the essence of summer at Sarah & Joe’s wedding on our farm. I love the creativity of composition and texture of their photos. Also, this is one of my favorite collection of photos for their ability to capture not only the beautiful details and setting but the genuine emotion of the wedding day. What a stellar team we had for this event! Thanks to Daisies & Pearls, A Sweet Start, Trillium Caterers, and of course Henry + Mac! A special shout out to my mom, Michelle Peele, for her floral designs for this wedding. Hope you enjoy!
Elegant Waterfront Wedding Featured on Style Me Pretty
It’s always a treat to have a wedding featured on Style Me Pretty. This wedding was no exception; it’s actually one of our favorites from 2014! With styling and florals by Kate Martin of Beautiful Days Events and stunning photography by L. Hewitt Photo these images show our venue as much more than a barn on the water in Maine. We love their use of the lawn for games + cocktails, a sailcloth tent for pre-reception drinks, the wildflower fields, gates and garden paths for photography, and our Airstream trailer as a cute and relaxing photo-op post-ceremony. Feel free to check out Style Me Pretty’s feature HERE. We hope you’ll enjoy!
Featured in Maine Magazine
One of our very favorite magazines shared their Wedding Issue this month and we’re so happy to be included! Maine Magazine curated some of the best “real Maine weddings” and we are part of two weddings featured in this issue. One of the featured weddings took place on our lavender farm: Lindsay and Adam’s summer wedding photographed by Sarah Der with floral design by Michelle of Marianmade Farm and planned by Sarah Goodwin of Daisies and Pearls! We hope you’ll pick up a copy and read about Adam and Lindsay’s wedding inspiration.
Also included in this issue is Allison & Ben’s wedding at her family home in Southport. Photographed by Meredith Perdue, this wedding featured some of the most brightly colored, unique floral designs Michelle has created! Enjoy reading about their sunny wedding and take a peek at Allison’s fuchsia and orange bouquet! Many, many thanks to Maine Magazine for sharing our wedding venue and floral designs with your readers; we’re honored!
Featured in The Knot New England
It’s a cold January day and I can’t imagine a better pick-me-up than the latest issue of The Knot New England, whose real weddings and inspiration effortlessly transport me to the sunny warmth of Maine and wedding season. We are so thrilled to see Kayla & Tyler’s wedding featured in the latest issue of The Knot. Emily Delamater’s fantastic imagines highlight Michelle’s airy peony + rose filled bouquet and table florals (with our runners!) as well as the artful styling by A. Watson. The Knot also gave Marianmade Farm a nod as one of their featured “Venues with a View”. Couldn’t be happier to be featured among some of the most breathtaking venues in New England!
