Maura & Jared were married in Boston this summer in an intimate ceremony with their closest friends and family. The two chose to extend the celebration by inviting all of their loved ones to Marianmade Farm this September for an evening of lawn games, delicious cocktails, and lobster! We love these images from the talented Ruth Eileen and think Taylor at Black Bow Events did an outstanding job with the styling and planning of all of the details.

Late fall is such a special time to be in Maine. We particularly love being on the farm this time of year. We’ve finished up our busy wedding season, so things are a little slower and a lot quieter around here. The early morning light shines through the leaves and turns the entire farm a rich golden color. The shorter days give us permission to stop working earlier than we’re used to and spend the evening curled up by the fire. It’s a season of comfort for which we are so grateful.
